Traktor with K'd plugins?

    Hi just wondering if I buy Traktor pro will it mess with my other K'd Native Instruments plugins because of Service Center?

    I heard of this happening because of Maschine. Just wondering before I buy Traktor.
    I need to use the Traktor hardware but don't want it to corrupt my plugins.

    If anyone knows it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

    just be careful with authorizing with the Service Center - delete all warez serials and registration before clicking authorization to not tell NI that you are using not legal copies. that what i do on windows here and it works fine with FM8, Massive, Absynth4 legit and Kontakt4/5, Reaktor5 and Absynth5 not legit.

    and to answer your question it wont mess when you be careful.

    There is absolutely no problem using both cracked and legit products in the service center.

    No need to delete serials or stuff like that, just authorize the legit products and enjoy.

    Maschine works fine with other K'd instruments the trick is to do a custom install and de-select any components already installed to stop it from over writing the k'd files ect , I have never had an issue I'm running Maschine legit copy with Komplete 8 k'd . If you don't do a custom install Maschine installs kontakt player and that overwrite your k'd plugin making kontakt run in demo mode. I'm not worried about the activation thing as far has Native Instruments are concerned you could be testing the products before buying. I

    This is true, but may need to reinstall your k'd plugins. "A friend" of my mine :) bought komplete 9, installed over his k'd plugins, and the k'd all reverted to demo/activate. Reinstalling k'd fixed the issue though.

    Of course if you install legit plugin over the cracked one the crack is not here anymore....
    It's not an issue it's common sense...

    Wow thanks for all the help. That's exactly what I needed to know.

    So as long as I do a custom install and don't select any of my K plugins I should be fine?

    It's not about the plugins being overwritten because Traktor stopped working also and komplete 9 does not include Traktor.

    Just download the drivers from their site and install just the drivers for the hardware.
    The service centre is only used for looking for updates and validating software.

    I have Traktor Audio 6 and Audio control 1 plugged in now and I got no problems with plugins, VSTs or software.

    There is a page that has more drivers but you must be registered with them to view it
