Hi All,

I was talking to a friend the other day and he suggested i use the SSL Master Bus Compressor. After loading up logic and looked through my waves bundle (installed from sister site) i dont have this. i know its part of the SSL 4000 collection which i though i had installed.i do have some SSL plugs but not all.

So, could anyone point me in the right direction to the correct Waves 10 release on the sister site that will have the SSL master bus compressor in it.its a tad confusing as their is so many.

Or, could i open waves central and update from that and re patch?

I'm running latest MAC OS Mojave and Logic x.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I you are using Waves Central, just do as you thought, download as an off-line package, install & repatch.

I would suggest using the Plugin Alliance Townhouse over the Waves SSL.

 

Thanks for your Speedy Reply. I only have the Plugin Alliance Bundle From 2015 and im not sure i remember seeing that, but ill have another look.

As for the waves central, is it as simple as opening waves centra - updating/downloading new products and re patching? im abit of a noob when it comes to things like this. is their a guide anywhere for this process?

It is very straight forward. Plenty of info already posted regarding these types of issues so I won't be duplicating here.
A good search in the correct category will give you more info than you need.

 

Yep i updated from waves central but couldnt get my plugins to work again after re patching ect. i un installed and reisnstalled a newer version. all is good. i appreciate the help. take care
