My DAW, FL Studio 20, is 64 bit, but when I try using the 64 bit version of Sylenth1, it immediately freezes my DAW. When I use the 32 bit version it works fine. I'm trying to figure out why the 64 bit plugin isnt compatible with the 64 bit DAW? Doesn't make any sense.

When was your last update (if you use windows 10?)? Many others and I had the same problem last year after a windows 10 update, but after a newer update it worked fine again.

And maybe it helps to find the problem if we know the Sylenth Version.

It'll be helpful to know whether the host or the plugin is legit or not.

 

I honestly don't remember the last time I updated Windows. I try not to honestly. I'm using version 2.2.1

 

I have the same problem, solved by turning off AVG anti virus, before launching DAW.

 

i think that version was not stable, i own legit sylenth latest version 64bit and no issues

 

Use ArmyOfNinjas REPACK Sylenth1 setup. Will fix your problems

 

That's actually the one I'm using. It's not a big deal tho I'll just use the 32 bit. Sylenth is light weight enough that the hit from using 32 bit in a 64 bit DAW shouldn't be noticeable.

 

then just uninstall sylenth. install the latest version from AZ. if the problem continues, uninstall FL. V20 has huge bug problems. update it as well to a its latest version
