Some cool and dark timbres, pal... Not my favorite type of music but it has its application, its moments! Even formatted in a trap version, the truth is out there, my dear Spyfxmk5!

As always, great music from @Spyfxmk5. Thanks for sharing. "Scully' is a wicked track. One thing I noticed about this group, is that the mixes do not sound as well-balanced as I come to expect from you. I was surprised by the lack of LF presence in all the tracks.

^ Thanks for listening @Mynock :bow:,my favorite music to "make" is piano compositions & cinematic/orchestral scores ( haven't posted any of my 'real" piano works/cinematic work here on the forum ),"bass' music is not for everyone & yes, i agree it has its moments ,
    have a great day !
^Thanks for listening man !
^Hmm... Very interesting ,may i kindly ask what speaker system do you use ? what monitors/headphones did you listen on ?
    I've checked all 4 tracks on these :) :

Audio-Technica ATH-M20X : The tracks sound full of bass/stereo image is ok,but the headphones are tuned to be bass heavy.
Audio-Technica ATH-M50X :The tracks sound full of bass & punchy, well balanced & the stereo image appears more clearly.
On my Neumann NDH20 headphones, bass still there, sound very punchy on these ,especially the kick & snare of the last track.
On my Neumann KH310 monitors all tracks sound full of tight bass, low mids could be improved, drums are punchy & well balanced.
I even listened/checked then on a Macbook Air laptop speakers & on the latest/newest Macbook pro 15 inch laptop speakers, all elements of the tracks are there
    Edit : & on ipad pro/iphone.
    Cheers !  :speaker:

You're more than right. You're becoming the Wild of any playing card. My favorite types of music are cinematic, rock/metal (+ fusion), jazz (+ fusion), among others. You are setting up a beautiful portfolio. Keep it up: We are learning and enjoying a lot from you, pal! I hear ya!

I listened to them on Core 7. Excellent monitors in a properly designed room. Cans are Focal Spirit Pro and Sein 800. Who knows it could be my hearing going downhill. Too old.

Once again, some truly enjoyable tracks that evoke the spirit of The X-Files in a nicely disturbing way. Although it doesn't have the aggressive edge of the other tracks, I actually think the extra track "Wonderworker" fits in quite well. A kind of calm after the storm.

P.S. Thanks for the PM, I did respond and It gave me some useful information and plenty to think about.

top stuff spy; have you considered working with a vocalist? would take wonderworker & scully to next level imo. Immortal solid but breaks overpowered by the beautiful low end; would love to hear them pop a bit more.. just 1st thoughts, great work here though :wink:
