Cubase 10.0.40 Update - Update - Update
Have a read at Steinberg forum, apparently still not fixed ARA issue and it installs an Old version of eLicenser. Other issues still with
HiDpi 4K High Resolution scaling on Windows still not fixed

The update seems to install an older version of the eLicenser. You only notice this if you open eLCC and try to do a maintenance. I had to update the version 6.11.7.1254 with a manually downloaded version 6.11.8.9256.

 

So wait, this is supposed to work? And they said they fixed it but didn't? Because when it first came out with ARA the lanes/comping thing was officially listed as a limitation and was the major thing that made me just stick with variaudio.

 

I use Cubase 10 pro with melodyne (64 bit floating point processing) and didn't notice problems after last update...

 

I kinda appreciate the way that they ignore pressing issues liek making proper scaling usable (until paid update) to bug fix some of the bugs introduced in an update released a day ago or w/e. While introducing brand new bugs. Cross ur fingers that none of them break everything too bad? I still have no idea whether I'm updated to the latest version! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (Honestly, the whole eLc disaster must've taken some concentrated effort to screw up so very much, even by Steinberg standards!)
