Rhodes based Irish downtempo anyone?

    Hi everyone,
    Finished this a couple of months ago and would love to hear your opinions on it. Still not sure on it myself but to be honest I never am! Thanks in advance, Bo.

    Not necessary a fan of the genre, but this is the best track I heard on AS this year. Or more. This guy knows stuff.

    In reply to the other poster (which has since dissapeared?), I had intended for it to build but just stay at that level. The drums weren't from Stylus RMX, just chopped and played in samples. I use a MPK 249 for playing in stuff.And yes I had another release a few months ago but a totally different song. Its on my soundcloud, called 'The Thing About Strings'.

    Very nice. The strings appearing at 3.17 asks for a change of tonality which happens a little late at 4.10 but seems not very developed and the rhodes phrase becomes redundant. I like the guitars a lot. Keep on you´re on a good path.

    Sorry been away for a while. Thats a great point you have there, I'd wondered if I'd left the change too late and you've picked up on it. Nice one! Will give it a refix at some point. Thanks for the comment :)
