How to get sound from Youtube into Studio one?

    What would you say is the easiest/best way to get high quality sound from youtube into Studio One?

    Some Interfaces support "Loopback" which will literally copy the sound you hear 1:1 into your DAW.
    However Youtube quality in general sucks because it gets compressed to 128 kbit/s or something.
    So you could pretty much use any Youtube Converter to get what you want.

    Some people also provide links to used music in their video description. :)

    There's a few ways..by Far the easiest for me... Grab a 3.5mm cable and plug your smartphone into your computer with it... This is what I do as a fast and easy solution. I'm not one to waste hours trying to get some 3rd party software virtual patch cables working lol. I'm too old for that.

    That's an oxymoron, there's no high quality audio in YT vids.
    Mostly a less than 128kbps audio file is embedded in the vids, with something like JDownloader you have access to the inherent [?] container which provides normally a 128kbps audio file, in rare cases it is a bit higher.
