since the compressor changed, i miss ff1 mode of "old" live 8 comp
you still can open it from live8 lib, but for me its stupid to have now one folder more when i have to call plugins (i wish i could merge/sort lives build-in fx with with vst, stupid foldershit, causes unnecessary mouseklicks).

but you can load the live8 comp, rightclick it and and save as preset. now the compressore starts in live8 mode when you call it from live 9 plugin folder.
the old ff1 mode is far better than for sidechaining than live 9 compressor.
when you want use live 9 compressor, you can easily click the "upgrade" button in upper right corner in plugin.

so you no need to browse the live8 lib for using old compmode anymore.

the cracks may think "its cold coffee", but maybe this hint will save some unnecessary clicks for some ppl :)

Thnx GanjaRA. Ableton devs should make also an downgradebutton on the comp or just a switch to change the modes.
