    what Bass would that be, Marc Rebillet uses in this video?

    It's a classic bass sound, originally created by Moog synth, I think.

    Anyways, if you wanna find it, you should look through your Arturia V-collection or any vintage synth, or any sound pack with classic synths in it.

    However,

    If you wanna re-create this sound, which I believe you should, it's pretty easy; all that's required is a Monophonic synth (or select this option within any synth you use; i.e. spire, massive, serum, etc.), select Saw tooth wave, transpose it to one octave below middle C (C3), add Low-pass filter (with some resonant; adjust to taste) modulated via an envelope with re-trigger option enabled. For the envelope, you want a fast attack, with mid decay. As far as the AMP envelope, you'd want attack to be fast, and high sustain.
