I can't seem to get this to work. I'm running Mac 10.8.2

I've downloaded the Ableton Live v9.0.2 Installers Link.
I opened the .dmg and drag and drop the Live 9 .app to my apps folder.
Then ran the LivePatch i/o, which says "Patched Succesfully"

Then, I try to launch the Live 9 Application and it says "This application is damaged. Move it to the trash".

Anyone else have this problem? Thx

I'm on PC but, I think loading Ableton probably same way. After patching mine, I also had to use authorization file.Which should be with the patch in folder.

Try dragging the Live 9 app AND the i/o patch to the Desktop and completing the process there
After Live has authorized, drag it to the Applications folder

Okay, I did the same exact process.
But this time I dragged the Ableton Live 9.0.2 App and the i/o Patch to my desktop.
Launched the i/o Patch and authorized successfully. This generated the "Authorize.auz" file onto the desktop.

Question: Is there something that needs to be done with the .auz file? or does it just live on the desktop?

I then dragged the supposedly authorized Live 9 app to my applications folder and tried to launch and I keep getting this message:
"Ableton Live 9 Suite is damaged and can't be opened. You should move it to the trash"

I also tried downloading it from many different sources and keep getting this same message.

its something to do with, apps downloaded from net.theres a option somewhere in osx to let u use other apps, gatekeeper i think. find where that is and change it to suit you.look on net if need be.
think its in system preferences .

Thank you very much bdone! That was it. I set the security settings in Preferences to "Allow any app".

Question: What do I do with the .auz file that was created to my desktop now? Can it be deleted once I run the app for the first time?
