Hi. I'm looking for something similar to Ableton Warping. Something that I could add markers and stretching from marker to marker. Do You know some soft or vst's like this?

Well, there're quite a few plugins and software that can do time-strectching. But IMHO it's way better if it's integrated in the DAW/software, because is much more easy and productive if you can see it directly in the main waveform window.
So, be it a DAW or not, I'd go with software, not plugins.

    OMG
You should be more specific then. Like for what kind of sounds you use it, things better than Ableton's and so on. Watch a few YT tutorials/demos

@Roject If you use Ableton and Ableton already have that feature, why do you need another VST to do the same thing? :dunno:

I play with some audio in E-mu Emulator X as vst in Ableton. Drums are little off-beat and If I want to fix it i must edit audio. E-mu has option to edit wave in external software but if I select Ableton doesn't work, don't open Ableton, other way is save wave from emu to file, import to ableton, fix, save and import to emu, but it's a bit tiring. So i looking for some software with function like warping in Ableton and I'm curious if there is a vst like this too. Maybe E-mu has something like warping but in different way, in diferrent worklow. I don't know at this moment. I'm started learning recently this monster.

    Cheers :)

Bitwig Studio does that exactly the same as Ableton Live.

    An example:

    Hoping this helps a bit.
