For smartphone apps a warez app store would have been a nice idea if there wouldn't be such thing already, using it since years
to try apps before wasting money. An app store for warez would only make sense if it would be something different to all the warez
platforms in the net but there were similar things in the net before and nothing worked.

I remember on the "flower project" which had a client to install and all the warez downloads went through that client.
Was similar to torrent but things got downloaded from servers, not from users but it was slow and not very convinient.

Another thing I remember was AudioGalaxy. It was one of the first and biggest platforms for getting music in good quality.
It had different satellites to download from and back in the days I started creating my first music collection using that
service on our Windows 2000 family PC using a 56k modem (with a downstream of average 4kb/s). Good old days.



So everything you might think about already existed in the past and didn't last for long so in my opinion the way it works
nowdays with warez is one of the best and most secure ways ever in my opinion.

i guess ordering from a Chinese restaurant is more satisfying than tone2 plugins

Nope, there is something in our human genes/memes that attracts us to get things with the least effort... hunting, picking fruit, fishing and warez lol, even if the price was 1 Cent/1 Penny.

 

Obviously it wasn't meant to be taken 100% seriously, but if you have used Steam you know how convenient it is to use instead of having to go to each developer and get their separate installers. That's pretty much the case in the plugin market right now, apart from a few exceptions.

 

I was not trolling. Just gave an idea. Anyways as I looked in to the details I understood that it will be quite impossible for me. I had better intentions than sites like r2rdownload.com who just had links to downloads and still earned money by showing ads.

It is better to make music again. Thanks all for comments. One day anyway ALL software will have to be free. This idea came to me when a friend of me could not even download a sample pack from torrent (It was Vengeance anyway so I told him better download anything you find on Google instead, he did not have enough creativity, so he renames Vengeance samples as his own and sells them). If I could have built anything like that I would have enough brain to avoid myself getting sued.
