    Looks like the Black Rooster doesn't have as much corresponding 5k boost. Also 5 doesn't hit 5db. Maybe why the boost isn't so evident.
    Just read in the manual you can also run the analyzer through actual hardware! Nice. Maybe someone can run it through an actual EQ1P...:thumbsup:

    Maybe the Acustica one does the same overall gain boost like the Waves/NoiseAsh versions do.

    Here's the NoiseAsh, with gain trimmed.

    Btw, I tried the full boost/cut at 100Hz with this one on KungPao's track, like he did with AA's. The result wasn't even close...

    The settings look ok, maybe the plugin was afraid? :unsure: [​IMG]

    But hell, what a clean saturation and a 'bit' different than Black Rooster's.

    There was a noise floor there like the VEQ-1P, it just wasn't stable. I don't think the snapshot could grab it (or I clicked it at the wrong time). I'll try it again on the production machine at home and post back next week if it's different.

    @Pollice verso, that's the ones I used until I got the Black Rooster ones. The VEQ-P1 had a little more zing, I thought.
