Hello friends,

Some times (like today) I can't open FL Studio at all, even when I click 1000 times on the icon, the program just doesn't open, I have the newest version that was shared on the sister site... Maybe you know some kind of solution hahaha, (or maybe it's time to start using my legit cubase pro instead...)

 

Oh i forgot,

i can view every project with fl studio in 32 bit modus, but 64 bit just doesnt work

 

trust me it works better when it doesnt open...

 

Reset it. If it does not work, uninstall it completely and reinstall it making sure that you use the second patcher.These will solve it, unless something is blocking FL64.exe from executing. Case closed.

Already tried uninstalling and re-installing... I even deleted everything with revo and manually, maybe its just my system?

 

And it worked for a while after a fresh re-install, but only for a few days. Maybe I can at least save my newest projects

 

If it worked before for a couple of days what changes did you make to your anonymous operarting system. Are you on W7, W10, macOS? If you are on Windows and have the system restore on you can go to your FL Studio 64 exe. file and roll it back to a previous version.

 

if you have done all that plus all that IL suggested with a similar issue why don.t you DOWNLOAD the installer again, uninstall it completely as you did before, and then reinstall it. Again, make sure you download second patcher. I wonder if the problem still occurs without patching it.

sounds more like a problem of windows dll files. try running the sfc and dism tool. antivirus? maybe defender is quarantining some file. try using driver booster and running repairs from it.

 

I have the same problem with the lastest FL from the sister site. After a while only the 32-bit executable would start for me. It's not a big deal, I don't have a lot of projects that eat a huge amount of ram and in the next release 64-bit will probably be fixed.

 

@pizzafresser and @tori Neither one of you have stated which version of Windows is it that you are using. It would be helpful to know that piece of information.

Hm it seems that even legit Users get this problem, at first i thought it has something to do with the crack

That's really strange

Had issues with earlier versions ( I think it was 12 ) where the ILbridge wouldn't close correctly - after FL crashed - and was still active in the task manager. And FL 12 crashed a lot.. and as long as the ILBridge was active, FL would not reopen.

This happened so often and was that annoying, that I made a batch file and a Desktop Link which would kill the process so I could reopen FL. Dunno if it's related to your problem somehow @tori.

Mine (stolen.. borrowed.. on trial (trial freebasing).. of course) sometimes fire up all by himself, from somewhere hidden pulls up some cacophonic, earrie sounding dubstep shite and blocks me out from any control over my funkking computer. Mouse, keyboard.. all frozen, unresponsive. Just ghastly "music" from monitors kicking/clipping and screaming, and instead of FL Chan, some gay anime creature is pole dancing around master channel level slider. Turning of monitors, and restarting is/as the only option. Traumatic. The strangest (stranger than fiction) part is that FL is not installed on system anymore. Once you crack, there's no cummming back, I suppose.

Any users i read that has got that errors reinstalled the patch and it worked again.
Try even set your pc clock back a few mts just to see if it a date trap thing ?

 

I agree. Notably, although the problems were different the majority of those usres were using the first patcher. A second one was released shortly after.

Windows 10. The problem started shortly after I got a new 4k monitor but I don't think there's a correlation because 32-bit runs fine on the same monitor.

 

The problem relates to the automatic deletion or renaming of:
"FLEngine.dll"
in the installed folder. I had the same problem and without reinstalling the whole program, just installed the patched files and "FLEngine.dll" reappeared there and works fine.
