Not only that..Google uses incredibly heavy handed n forcefull marketing methods too...

I simply never use the google browser anymore really...
Ive had so Much ad -ware related crap....following me right home......and to my moblies n stuff........."sex sites etc etc...Dodgy detail grabbin phone calls etc

    "Prior to no script"...
And prior to firefox....Googles a friend sure!.....But its also a minefield for many of us ,plain n simple......

Certainly nothing Nasty bout a politley expressed opinion....Jus cuz it may differ to ones own set of Moral codes....

No script means simple HTML back in 90's so you should definitely go with 90's browsers

NoScript for Firefox Quantum (57) should be released any day now according to their site. For me I just use NoScript to block cross-site scripting, and use ublock origin instead for the rest. Full NoScript gets to be such a pain messing around with all the unblocking needed for most sites.

These days I recommend Cent Browser over any other web browser. Cent is chromium based browser. Lots of customizability. Many useful additions. You can try it by installing portable version of it.
Another good browser is Vivaldi which is from Opera's developers. Vivaldi is most beautiful chromium based web browser. Currently it's on ver. 1.13 which doesn't include sync account. The beta ver. 1.14 has ability to sync.
This thread excludes chrome and firefox but I use Chrome because it feels best to me.

All the tracking in Firefox can be turned off. The latest multi-process version of Firefox performs much better than the previous single process versions. RAM management also improved significantly. The previous versions could barely handle 1080p HTML5 streaming vids for more than a couple of hours, this latest version runs all day without getting bogged down or crashing.

Puffin Browser. Cloud based. Wicked fast. Good for streaming but bad for download (it need to transfer files to cloud storage (google drive/dropbox) first, so user can sync to desktop later :facepalm:Another cons is $2 monthly subs. Free a month trial. If you like to stream videos from browser, maybe worth to check it out.

Hi, You have Opera. It's a cool browser with a VPN.
I recently try it and it is a great browser. And The integrated VPN for free preserve your IP.
