I also used https://www.hotspotshield.com/ and windscribe but they have a limitation either. So far my favourite is Protonvpn and on my ipad Luna

 

And also limited bandwidth. I think the free version is more of a teaser, but 2$ (with a year's subscription) for 50GB and unlimited bandwidth doesn't look bad.
