How can I create this arppegio sound?

In terms of the sound but mostly in terms of the arpeggio itself?

I tried 1/8 arpeggio but it sounds different

Secondly, err, what? I couldn't hear anything for which I would use an arp, in neither of these songs. Just black and white keys and fingers and I'm a mediocre keyboarder. And of course a delay for second and third song. For the second song you'll need a lot of high damping in the delay, for the third a bit.

Hi, so I do understand no need for arp for these songs, but still I can't get these sounds.

For example - the first and the last lead sounds. Can you help me with this?

Define "arp" and at what time-stamp they are.

 

It's not really has to be an arp, I thought at first to do it with 1/8 arp or 1/4 arp with delay, but can also do it with the notes themselves.
It's like the main sound, some rolling sound that goes through all the tunes in the 3 of them.
