I decided to restore my PC and now I have this problem that does not let me run some plugins. I know that the error is caused by the absence of some update packages on my system, but Windows Update gives me 80072EE2 error.

Then I decided to manually download the updates of the microsoft page, but when choosing a package and download it gives me the error (This site can not be reached: The connection was reset).

It's as if my PC blocked the webs that host the packages of the updates. (https://download.microsoft.com; http: //*.update.microsoft.com; https: //*.update.microsoft.com; http://download.windowsupdate.com). I have disabled my antivirus, and everything remains the same.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?
Is it possible to authorize a website using the firewall?

 

Sounds like your missing the Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio for the plugin errors
this is a backup pack i have for all versions from 2010 to 2019
start at 2010 x86 and x64 and install up to 2019 and your up to date.

If websites or links are been blocked i would try an other browser or pc to see if the links work
and run a scan with malwarebytes just to check eveything is ok.

Not sure how that happent, think there having errors over there as well lol

you can also grab the Visual C++ Redistributable from microsoft
the 2019 version has 2015, 2017 and 2019 added
but it can be best to install the old version first then update to 2019.
