how to make sound like this?

    sorry if it's something obvious, but I'm intrigued by the sound and style,
    roughly at 2:02 starts (ends about 2:18) some sort of arp/synth/guitar I'd say it's layered, but can't tell how to replicate that (imo sounds really cool)
