First I'd like to say, I built myself a very nice PC, so this won't be the Problem.

I have
I7 8700k
32 GB RAM and No HDD
Boot drive: 2tb samsung 970 pro
2x samsung 860 EVO 4tb
And an acceptable gpu

Just to get clear i dont Expect miracles from a shitty System but thats why I dont understand two Things!

1. When I open and close an instance of Kontakt in fl vs for example in studio one, kontakt opens up way faster in s1 than fl studio. With no instruments loaded or a bunch of instruments, Same amount, doesnt matter.
it takes longer for me to close an open Kontakt window than to open it which is way faster in s1 too.

But the crazy thing about it is if I click on the wrench Icon or better the settings on a Kontakt Instrument, which opens settings Mode, its way way faster on all of These Tasks. I can close it, open it, no problem. When I return to the gui everything is slowed down again.

2. And especially for 8dio libraries, I usually have no problem with Any libraries in Terms of making my fl studio lag except for 8dio libraries.

I recognized my fl studio completely lags as soon as I insert one of These Patches.
I just found out about that this Moment and tried it with
Lacrimosa
Majestica
Liberis 2

I'll try a few more but i'm sure theyll do the Same. Fixed side Buffers have no effect on that but now again and this is why I Put this into one topic

When I click on the settings Icon, make the gui disappear, fl studio runs smooth again but even one instance of one of those Patches and one Note Played makes my fl studio lag like hell until i go into that Mode.
By the way I batch resaved Majestica and Lacrimosa but this didnt have Any effect on that.
No cpu dropouts or else. It Starts lagging even on 5%usage While playing back

EDIT: I didn't see there already was a Post about the 8dio libraries in FL thing, so sorry for that. making it bridged like recommended there seems to work.

By the way: Anthology Strings doesn't do that but I had no CRC errors, unpacked with keep broken files but after unpacking it only has 15,8 gb and a whole lot of missing files. I Don't really understand this. No other Library before did that for me.

I have a i3 and barely 6GB of ram with 2 HDD one 320GB and second 500GB, everythings run accondgly to this setup. Maybe, could be a 32bit kontakt over a 64bit fl studio or the vice-versa incopatibility.

 

Thanks for your response. I had this Problem on Windows 10. Didnt have it before on win 7 and now that im back on win 7, I got rid of it. Dont know what exactly caused it, but for me it must have had something to do with win 10.
