I hear at least 4 layered sounds. One distorted and nasal supersaw, one pitch enveloped sound (rising in pitch at every note-trigger. It's panned left), a piano-like sound with reverb, one cleaner (less overtones) that also has some reverb on it.
There's also the distorted sound at 1:13-1:30 which could also be a part of the collective sound, but with less filtering and louder in volume.
Basically, stack a bunch of synths.
