    Transactions by Paypal are a different animal. Both the seller and buyer must comply with The User Agreement for Paypal Services. https://www.paypal.com/ga/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full#7 Paypal buyer protection covers software transactions if you received an item you paid for with PayPal but it is Significantly Not as Described.

    There is no functional demo video on the website. Only demo demos. Because I felt comfortable for me before I bought it. Just bought it. Then it was not what I thought, so I was a bit disappointed.

    The digital software category is not included in the Paypal 7.3 Ineligible Items. Therefore, according to Paypal's request, you can apply for a refund. As long as the software is defective or cannot be used normally, you can apply for a refund.
