Turntable VST that would let you emulate Dj Premier style vocal scratches?

Whenever I add scratches, I'm usually stuck using scratch samples from a bank, but they just don't gel right with the words used after. I'm looking for a turntable VST where I can load a small vocal phrase and use my mouse to make somewhat realistic DJ premier like scratches.

I know it won't sound exactly like the real thing, but I'm sure it would be a lot more cohesive sounding than what I'm doing now.

Does a VST like this exist, and if so what what do you recommend I should check out?

If you really want to program authentic scratch sounds using your own samples your best bet would be Gross beat, though the plugin is not commonly used for scratching its basic layout is that of a turn table. It has 2 main FX sections which are pitch&time (platter speed) and volume (cross fader).
Bear in mind as with real scratching making gross beat sound like you are authentically scratching will take a lot of automation tweaking but if you are brave you can also map it to a controller and try to do it in real time. Here is an example

Yeah, eheavy's Gross Beat suggestion is solid--it is covered in some tutorials you can find on YouTube--though, as The Pirate mentioned, you're only going to get so far and it will be pretty "meh."
I used....I forget now (it was yrs ago,) but it was some plugin in that altered pitch & speed and I hooked it up to my modwheel on my keyboard and it reacted fairly well as the farther you torqued it, the pitch, time, or both followed it.
There are also a couple more plugins for scratching, similar to the ones that The Pirate mentioned but, again, I don't remember what they are. As I mentioned, I haven't messed with it in yrs because the result is savagely disappointing...to me, anyway.
Honestly, I recommend saving your pennies and grabbing a cheap (though not too cheap,) turntable. Numark makes some good, low-end turntables around a couple hundred dollars...unless you have a grand to blow on a Technics 1200. :)
Sorry I couldn't be more help with the names of the plugins. :dunno: They can be found without too much trouble with any search engine; I know that I found one that was free and another wasn't, both different than the above mentioned.
    Good luck with it all.

The technology doesn't exist yet, if you want to send the samples over then I could do a few scratches for you in that style and send back no fee required.
