    Sampletank is the priciest piece of software I've known. ST4 is nothing more than a more modern interface comparing to ST3. The samples and patches are far from inspiring and sound rather digital and harsh. Like the awful audio engine from NI Kontakt! Oh no Ik Multimedia, this is definitely NOT A WINNER!!

    amplitube : pretty bad amp sim.
    lursen : a joke for controlled mastering.
    miroslav/sampletank : worse than average
    t racks : ok-ish plugins

    I have to agree to a point w/ rotong and korte1975. Sampletank to me was always more of a sketch tool than something you'd really give away as serious production. And for that, the price was/is waaay to high.. Now for 60€ (no 49.99$ for me, unfortunately..) ..a LITE version of a "sketch tool" ...maybe, just maybe.

    Any info on how long this offer will last?

    A company that i have bought from, theyll get you in 12 months when they charge you to re download it, syntronik was the worst investment i ever made and then they wanted to charge me the same again to get the update, shit software overpriced, this sale is closer to what they are worth...just my opinion
