    You has to "harmonize" the vocal line.
    try Izotope Vocal Synth 2, Eventide, Soundtoys Alterboy, Sonivox Vocalizer Pro.

    Do you know if thats he's voice pitched up to sound like a woman , or did they record a woman's voice and then pitch that up and harmonize them together ?

    I think he only uses the singer's voice. if you have a little time. try Izotope Vocal Synth 2, try presets, move knobs, and yourself will realize everything you can do.

    No, I don't but it's what I would use. Cheap as chips (well 2/3 the cost of Antares Autotune) and does what you need it to. Autotune would do just as well. Having Melodyne around would be a good idea too.
