is it possible to use the knobs and sliders on my keyboard to control EQ's?

    Some plugins have a learn-function (if you right-click on a parameter they show 'learn' or something similar). Then you can move any fader, knob, or push a button to connect the hardware with this parameter. But this depends solely on the plugin, afaik.
