Hello everyone - I have a question; does anyone out there have nicnt. files for any Purgatory Creek libraries? I've tried to find them (and frankly, many other nicnt. files for various libraries that come without them) and always come up short - I wish it was as easy to get them as it is to get these fantastic wallpapers that NYCGRIFF and others so generously supply... thanks to everyone here who make this community so enjoyable!

They aren't "available" as much as they are just created. The NICNT is created by the developer AFTER they have paid Native Instruments a licensing fee (which I've read is EXPENSIVE!)

A developer can develop a Kontakt library for free though and not pay for the NICNT/library tab display... so you have to make your own NICNT... and that's where NYCGriff comes in with the greta wallpapers he creates.
Officially creating your own NICNT consists of knowing the SNPID (library identification) numbers associated with each library, otherwise you risk having that number clash with another existing library and it may not show up in your Kontakt GUI Library Tab.

I've created several of my own NICNT's in the past but it has become more difficult as the number of libraries has grown and NI has the only official register of SNPID's... that, along with the fact they have added a few more layers of library identifiers...

There's a guy here called @celtic3342 that creates NICNT but even he'll admit that it can be "hit-and-miss". Give him a shout... I did!
