Lol yeah but thats a pain in the ass to carry around attached to your laptop. I just keep a wireless trackball connected cuz i hate touch pads

 

I am still trying to decide on what to buy. I tend to prefer the look of the lower profile chiclet style keyboards, and having backlighting would be good, but can't seem to find anything wireless that fits this. Anyone know of anything?

 

Out of several Logitech board/mice combos, I keep going back to the MK-710. The battery life is amazing. I've had 4 years run on the same batteries (mouse and keyboard) with the first one I used at work. So 8 hours, every weekday. Only replaced due to letters wearing off.

 

Looks ugly as hell though

 

recommend: backlighting

+1 for the logitech k800; long time user, solid charge time/build quality (under $60 new)

 

been using K400 for over 5 years already in living room, works perfect on Windows and MacOS,
don't expect backlit on wireless as it consumes batteries for little advantage,
for studio you should aim for wired keyboard/mouse as the latency and accuracy can be significantly better

 

at some of the Logitech ones, so reassuring to see them recommended!

Went for one of these? Not started using it yet as refurbishing my studio room but looks very good so far!
