Is it ok to disable all these processes?

    The startup shows me some drivers on it. Is it ok to disable it or not? Are they necessary?

    You only have Korg, pxmart and toshiba stuff enabled, VirtualDvd must be to mount iso files.
    Depends on what kind of toshiba and korg hardware/software do you have and how you use it.

    I suggest that you do a backup (a system restore will do) of your startup stuff and test disabling them with some utility like Glary Utilities or SysInternals. Or the same windows manager.
