i believe that is a gate effect

 

Tremolo/stutter/gapper/trance-gate. Basically volume/amplitude modulation. The shape and the timing of the modulation can vary alot.

Try some tempo-synced saw/sine/square/triangle/whatever LFO on volume.

There's also a hint of side-chain compression on it aswell (with a 4/4 kick, or similar, as key input).

Also, it's "Can someone help me?", not "Someone can help me?". Worth mentioning.

 

U can do that with VolumeShaper from CableGuys . It's the easiest way, because u can draw a envelope for makin' your pads or whateva' sounding like that shit from 3:20. Cheers!

 

You can prob sidechain to some ghost hats.
