Studio one Alt+Shift+3 outputs Alt+# on Windows 10

    Hi guys,
    I am using windows 10. I have a shortcut assigned to Alt+Shift+3 but it does not work in Studio one 4.
    When I press Alt+Shift the cursor changes to Zoom icon and the assigned shortcut does not work!
    I went into keyboard shortcuts section and tried to test Alt+Shift+3 combination and it yields Alt+# (WTF)
    I googled and tried to switch language shortcut of Windows to something else but still it didn't work!
    I tried to look for any software running on OS dominating my shortcuts(Or anything weird like that) but haven't found any clue yet!
    Please help :/
