The other day was listening to this song (skip to 5:30 to hear the kind of sample I'm referring about, specifically 5:33), and I noticed I have 0 samples of this kind in my HDD, no shouts or similar screams.

I know most of these were sampled by earlier songs, for example I'm sure I heard some samples from James Brown's songs. I was just wondering if there was a sample cd that had a few of these already put together, or if I need to go sample hunting or sample them on my own

It's Prince, from the start of Tick, Tick, Bang, off of Graffiti Bridge album. It's even in the same pitch; they didn't pitch it!

Other than that, I'm pretty sure I've seen such sample-packs of shouts & screams on the sister-site. But they'll be new, royalty free recordings, obvs.
I'd recommend going through old JB records etc!

Sometimes it's easier to create your own samples and loops. And it's more fun. Plus you make it "your own". Vocal transformer or melodyne if you need to put pitch change on them. "Hit me 3 times, uh"
