    Since we have lots of EDM lovers on this site, I wanted to star a thread in which to showcase live performances by EDM artists and producers, including current members. Please NO DJ SETS

    Hi Pirate, i like much these videos, but i think is no EDM music.
    I find them more interesting. I like more.

    Hey buddy, thanks. If it is not EDM what is it? Keep in mind that EDM is electro, techno, house, trance, drum and bass, etc. That is the reason why I choose EDM instead of a genre specific title.

    According to the Idiots Guide to EDM Genres:

    Drum & Bass might be one of the most intense, misunderstood sounds within the EDM scene. While its roots are in the hardcore rave scene of London in the early 1990s, it mutated into a darker, more sinister sound all to its own, gobbling up reggae/dancehall sub-bass with sped-up breakbeats. Clocking in at 160-180 BPMs, the obvious emphasis on the drum work and bassline gives dnb its name. Over the years, it has encompassed a number of sounds, with subgenres incorporating jazz, soul, hip-hop, and even other EDM styles like trance.

    EDM = Electronic Dance Music. Last time I checked DNB is electronic music and people dance to it. It's EDM kid.
