    Correct.

    Requiem for a Dream is only stated because it shall get the viewer back to the bottom of the facts.
    Nothing realistic in there.

    The most "naturalistic" movies are probably from Rainer Werner Fassbinder. For example "Händler der vier Jahreszeiten"

    fassbinders avantgarde stuff is realistic...ok..


    Requiem for a Dream is not realistic ?...you dunno what you talkin bout...the only thing which is questionable in this movie that they hadnt no supply at all but its many years old..today they have no problem with supply in america back then maybe yes...+ they wanted good price so they can hustle..so there were not interested to get expensive small packs from street
