No mention of it from IK Multimedia on site or thru email.

 

I downloaded and used IK's Authorization Manager, through my IK User account, and used the serial number I got after registering along with a PDF receipt, and it looks legit. I'm thinking it's an Audio Plugin Deals and IK Multimedia partner promotion only available through Audio Plugin Deals, which I know is a legit plugin distribution business (https://audioplugin.deals/). I've seen a ton of promotions done this way from companies like this i.e. Space & Time, Zero-G, Plugin Boutique, Best Service, etc...
