How to get that Lead / Bass sound

    Here's the link to the sound ( at 4:00 )
    Clockwork - Titan EP

    I'm trying to figure out what plug in i have heard that sound in !

    At 4:00

    The Lead/bass synth sound that come in.....

    I cant rememeber where and how i do it ??!

    If someone remember the plug in and preset is used here, please help !

    Puha, I have no idea how to call it, or how to make it...
    But maybe this tutorial could help, it sounds quiet similar, if you use it without LFO (do you call it LFO in Massive???):
