    NVIDIA’s Telemetry in GeForce Drivers

Here is a topic related to NVIDIA that became hot this weekend. It’s about NVIDIA and telemetry functions added in their latest graphics drivers (starting from R368.25). According to MajorGeeks (the first article on this topic), the telemetry functions are related to the GeForce Experience (GFE) utility (GFE allows to keep your NVIDIA drivers up to date and optimize your games).

Gamers Nexus has monitored with Wireshark GFE transactions. The first conclusion is that NVIDIA does nothing special and does not collect personal data like name or email. GFE data collection essentially includes hardware-level information.

  3. Microsoft: Trust us, we promise not to spy on you.

    Joe: OK, I believe you.

Microsoft: Most excellent, and now, about that bridge we were talking about....

The symbol of Nvidia is the eye...the satanic-mason all seen eye...the total control of New World Order...and the name is one of the sins that love lucifer.... Nvidia in latin root is envy.
Best wishes from Spain...and wake up...think with the heart not with mind...and best inspiration will come

Lucas Arts is basically an all seeing eye if you look at it closely.

You don't even have to install the GeForce Experience app. You can just install the driver by itself but then you have to check for driver updates yourself.

Who even uses Geforce Experience? I tried it once when it first came out, then removed and never looked back :)

The easiest way to get rid of all the unnecessary bloat in Nvidia drivers is to unpack the driver EXE with 7-Zip, delete everything but Display.Driver and HDAudio folders [if you play games that use PhysX leave that folder, too] and install it manually one by one. Like the guy in the comments of the article said. You'll be happy camper. No shit to get rid of later.

AutoRuns is a really great app. I use it a lot to get rid of background, CPU time stealing, unnecessary crap.

No really. It not just spies you, that is not a problem to me. The proplem is, that f**king little background service uses so much resources. It introduces a lot latency with nvidia_drv. I always download this and latency somewhat drops. This is nondestructive method, you can revert it.

You really don't need Nvidia Experience, nor telemetry, of course. Just simply install the components from the driver you want. No need for apps like this.
