technically no, because at the time you purchase discounted license, and did NOT have a 20K $ revenue already, it was allright;
breach happens as soon as you get past that 20K mark within a year - which is more than most countries average salary is, you would have to be serious studio (go buy full license then); or non-profit organization which can use 60$ license (even if annual budget of the organization would be 10M $ with no ++ revenue - that's how grateful Cockos are),
