because enterprise sector is slowly waking from obsession of cloud (because hey no company wants their confidential data stored somewhere unknown) and gaming industry is heading into platform-independent streaming services too, which means Microsoft is continuously loosing userbase, as visible in ridiculously low numbers of users running latest Windows 10 versions despite annoying automatic updates

 

But as a producer should we care about those things? LOL yeah i gotta be honest i havnt updated since 2017!

 

I'd say no,
if you have a solid running business, it's more cost-efficient to just use whatever works reliably, and once it dies you buy something new from scratch, there's really little to no advantage of staying on latest bleeding edge technology

 

Yeah, that suxx. If that will happen more and more people will run Hackintoshes or even a Hackedn Windows to get rid of their sandbox. Disturbing times ...

aand since Apple clearly stated they are pissed off about Intel, and they will start making Macs with own cpus, entire hackintosh flow will die eventually....even more disturbing times approaching
