    Hi Everyone,
I am encountering a audio device problem since a long time in my windows operating system. It is related to free data storage with uploaded premium account. I am seeing a red-cross over my sound icon. I am not able to play an sound on my device. Whenever I try to play any sound it shows an error like No audio output device is installed. I tried to get a solution from internet but didn't found a proper solution. Can anyone help me to solve this issue.
    Thanks

    Hi!
We need more information. What sound card do you have? Does it require extra drivers? Perhaps a simple re-installation of the drivers will solve the problem. By the way, if you happen to have a Creative X-Fi card, the problem is more complicated.

Have you tried plugging phones in? If phones
work then you will have to open and check
that soundcard is plugged in properly.Had the same happen on win vista.

First tell us more info about your sound card. All I can think of right now is that maybe the drivers aren't installed properly. Also which Windows?
