So I have a friend and he is good at coding and stuff and he patched 4.1.3 for me. I have no clue where and how to share it.

Is it on Mac or Windows? I hope its tested thoroughly before being released. Your friend better not provide a half-baked buggy patch. If he actually did it right, then kudos to him he just saved R2R and VR some time and a little competition perhaps

 

No bugs here but I am not a programer or make these kind of things. All I know is that he looked over the 4.1.2 patch and did his thing. Everything works like normal and I'm sure Olymoons post of Presence XT Editor works also. Its only for Windows x64.

 

Nothing worth updating from 4.1.1 if you want to run Studio one X until they bring something new I'm staying on 4.1.1.. If they are going to break it then implement or let it work it's not harming but helping users it if by anychance your actually reading this I'm a legit user.

If he did HE did and not me. All I know is that you do need the R2R keygen if you haven't used their last version release of 4.1.1. He messed with the new exe is all I know and it works and all the other files were updated. I wasn't trying to steal from R2R's thunder and how great they are but just wanted to share. If no one trusts this then wait for R2R's release. Also, I ran the 4.1.3 installer from Presonus website and then patched.

 

So it's a hex-comparison made patch based on R2R's work. If it wasn't, it weren't compatible with their keygen.

 

Well I didn't myself use the keygen just used the patch. Don't the keygen just make LIC files based off your computer ID? I doubt it will get posted so no worries.

 

Translation = The R2R Keygen from 4.1.1 more than likely still works on the 4.1.3 demo installer if you don't want to wait for R2R to officially release it.

 

It's DEFINITELY NOT your friend who patched this thing. It came from AF where it was released few minutes ago for crew members ONLY. No public spread was allowed.
I'm just hoping you're not a member there, otherwise be prepared to be banned... with your "friend".

Think we all heard anuff about this before and it did'nt go down well.
I also have a patched version i did myself using R2Rs patches
it took all of 30 sec to add it into the update ,so yes anyone can do it if they wanted.

Eddit: 4.1.3 patch removed but there is an other copy on torrent now.

First off I'm not a member else where and I had this patch since yesterday! All credit goes to R2R for their hard work and time. I just wanted to share and gave it to Olymoon to post. So if I get banned for not even posting anything and just stating I have a patch then so be it. People are so quick to cry foul when someone who isn't out to stir crap and wants to share. This was just to hold us over until R2R releases their update or if they will wait until the next big Studio One update. This site is the only site I got to for anything music software wise but I do get other things like movies on another long running trusted forum. Anyways, thanks @momo for your share and for in a way sticking up for me. ****ATT MODS PLEASE DELETE THIS THREAD!!!!****

So your "friend" is a coder and also an audio warez user (otherwise it wouldn't have been able to reproduce the exact patching scheme of R2R which is necessary for "Studio One.exe" to accept a license generated by their keygen), right?
This being, can you explain why your "friend" did not come here by himself to offer his patch? It would be indeed very strange that an audio warez user (plus a coder) was not already member of our beloved community...
Strange also that you have this patch since yesterday, but gave it only now, just a few minutes after it was available on AF...

Indeed, it didn't go down well (remember "R2R vs Sunny" drama)... and that's because when a team, a group or even a crew decide to keep something INTERNAL, it must stay INTERNAL.
The fact that you're able to patch some shit by yourself doesn't change anything to the rule. Patch the shit and then spread it if you want, but don't LEAK someone else's shit. That's simple.

 

You sound like a ignorant. Yeah I am on Audioz and WBB so what is your point? Go and check them sites to see if I posted a dumb patch to a program! I don't know what AF is nor do I care. I only gave it to Olymoon and that is it. But like momo said anybody with half a brain could of made that patch in which you're lacking of. To me this subject is dead because momo posted it on Audioz and I am sure its elsewhere by now. So sit down son and mind your manners!!! lmfao
