Im a logic pro user and Im looking for a stretching plugin (timestretch but keep the same pitch/key) as im trying to stretch a vocal word from an acapella for a drop on a house song im working on

You can certainly stretch words and/or pitch

Jonmoi speaks the truth, Melodyne is pretty wicked! Theres a few more Au/Vst's that might do what you need them to do, but Melodyne is guaranteed to fudge shite up, in a good way.

 

Well, you are using Logic. It has stretching (and flexing). Just saying.

Melodyne is great! However, if anyone wants "extreme" stretching, try Paul's Extreme Stretcher (Mac ported). You can take a 10 minute classical piece and stretch it to 24hours. Oh, someone already did that.
It's free and it's also available for PC (originally).

 

You're on Logic ? And what about the "Alt + Click" at the bottom left of your audio region ? You can stretch it that way !

Ill post the name when I wake up but I use a free program that can stretch the fuck out of audio. Can create beautiful atmospheres with highly stretched vocals and bit of reverb.
