    Hello guys,

I'm sure that we have at least a few guitarists here, so I wanted to share with you materials that I prepared for myself.

It's hard to come across any charts or diagrams made specifically for seven-string guitars (especially, in Drop A tuning), so I prepared them myself to make my life a little bit easier and have everything in one place.

Here you can find all 52 charts/diagrams that I made (I think there's everything an average guitar player might need):

    https://www108.zippyshare.com/v/7Tu...64s7DL1jR_UjqnlU72tNm2lK7GWFFFTiHTgg2-ndu78xA

I hope they will come in handy :)

PS. I've double-checked everything, but if you'll find any mistakes or typos, please let me know.

PPS. Some materials might be of use to everyone.

It's just kind of weird , the wsy I play my music structure for that tuning is I picture the notes on whole neck .
Neck scales are only the first step
The next is arpreggios for each degree of the key
Next around the arpeggios are enclosures

Let's give example say in the key c major for simplicity sake .
    That gives us c major c d e f g a b
    1Cegb
    2Dfac
    3egbd
    4Face
    5Gbdf
    6Aceg
    7Bdfa
    Now
    1cegb equals 3egbd equals 6aceg
    2dfac equals 4face
    And
    5gbdf equals 7bdfa

3 distinct functions tonic, subdominant, dominant

Let's say we on a chord of 6aceg

Looking at guitar at a c note
The b before and the d after are tense notes from the dominant you play d down to b then finally land on c this spells out ii v I or sone tension to tense to relaxed
What if our note was a?
    B down to g# up to a
This spells out dmin6 dfab bdim7bdfg# to amin7aceg

What if our note was E?

    F down to d up to e
    This spells out
Dmin7dfac to go gbdf to cmaj6 cega

    What about a longer lines?
Again say our structure is c major
    Ii dfacegb V gbdf (bdim7 bdfg#) to I cegb ( or aceg)
Some tension to tense to relaxed
So say we want longer lines we looked at 3 note mini line before
    Let's descend the ii
    C a f d
    Then go back up the b dim7 f g# b d
    So whole thing do far
    C a f d f g# b d
    Lastly cega
    Whole thing
    C a f d f g# b d c e g a b g# a
