It's seems you have to reinstall the program and make the vst dll again. Of course you have to delete every dll in he vst directory before.
I just add the ddmf site to my host file and then it will work again. Also go to appdata and find the ddmf/plugin doctor folder and delete the settings in there, except for your liscence if it's there. Then try to start the program again.
if you are using a portable version, try switching to an installer, use some tool to clean temporary files and old registers, if the error happens before opening it seems that it is trying to recover some previous session.
