Can you share your knowledge and experience to help me with the following?

1)
How to make such synth sounds like in this song?
Goldfrapp - Train

- What waves would you choose in a synth to recreate these sounds? (and what software synths would be good at recreating such basses? Diva? d16 Lush101? Omnisphere2 ?)
- How do you think these synths are processed?


2)
Goldfrapp - Everything Is Never Enough

a) How to make such a detuned lead like this 2-note lead synth at 2:35sec? (e.g. by double tracking with Waves ReelADT? some other ideas?)
And is it a saw, triangle or what wave?
b) Where the flanging sound may come from? Some of the synth layers might simply have a strong flanger?

1)serum->sawtooth wave->filter = 1st synth (legato)
at 2nd part when it come stereo, it's simply super fast delay between L/R
2) IM pretty sure it's standard preset from syl1.
2.b) flangling sound comes from chord pads. simply 20%-35% of Xfer Serum VST flanger.

Could you explain it? How to set up such L/R delay?
E.g. the left channel needs to have a constant delay towards the right channel by e.g. a few milliseconds?

If you not ableton guy, then use ozone imager (it's free as I know) or any delay plugin, with similiar parameters
Also for the 1st sound you can listen that this is not the bassline, use Punchy sub based on 808 to make it groovy
