    Yeah they are in deep trouble, apparently they falsified their earnings report, being sued by investors for false information on their earnings and delistment from nasdaq.

    Looks as though they finally managed to get 64-bit support going. Pro Tools 11 coming in May.

    Whether it'll help the company, only time will tell.
