No one read R2R nfo files? R2R said clearly that they will support you for free as long as you know what you are doing and what it's meaning. This for all other users that says"stop spamming after R2R or R2R isnt your muumy or daddy or R2R dont need to release everything"
Nope lyric8.... AiR never released any Mac stuff! themself They had a sister-group (can´t remember the group-name) that did some Mac releases, but not many.
There are still a steady stream of cracked mac apps released, but I guess they are much easier to crack than some of the audio plugins, or maybe whomever is cracking the mac apps has no interest in audio production.
When R2R has released a mac version it's generally been only due to the release being easy. As in the protection hasn't changed, or the PC and Win licencing is the same so one can use the same keygen. I doubt they have dedicated mac people working on things all the time. This is notable across all the warez groups these days. (similar issues exist in the 'real world' with kids not wanting to learn trades) A lot of the crackers are getting old. There isn't as much new blood or information sharing going on, and existing people don't have the same amount of time to be working on this stuff.
thats true, there are some really nice websites/torrens that have tons of cracked mac apps, that are being updated regularly, i hope it could be that way for audio plugins as well!
The "Shark" comes to mind among a couple others. They real heyday for mac plugins was the days of pitchshifter and hexwars and copylefter.
About this: Out of joke, I'm sorry for Mac users, but as Phloopy perfectly explained: the system you use is each one's choice, and we all know which system gets more warez...
i think this thread is about showing each ones opnion about whats happening and what they think, and i think opnions are to be shared.
I've never understood why Ilok 2 PC plugins are so easy to crack compared to Ilok 2 mac plugins. Isn't it the same protection ? Or is it just a matter of will ? R2R just prefer PC, what I can easily understand.

Mac-Win-Whatever just buy the stuff you really like and problem solved, if you're not pro just settle with what is offered. There's already a ton of cr***ed plugins available that can be used to create anything, at this point its just a silly obsession and addiction we all have.
Interesting point buzzonit but I dont agree with you ..... I very seldom give ppl here a "nasty" because it doesn´t fit with the very idea of having a discussion with others that have another point of view. Cheers
