I was thinking about that too. As far as EDM stuff and new synths, I don't really know what hasn't been cracked. I guess the new Softube, Plugin Alliance, Pro Tools and Cubase stuff but the older stuff works just fine.

And yes...last year's New Years goodies were INSANE!

I'm a metal head, so yes we have a lot of stuff that's been already given to us and I'm SO grateful for that.
In my genre what's becoming pretty useful are for example, the new Brainworx channel strips, Soothe, Sound Radix Auto Align and some next gen amp sims like Fortin, STL and Darkglass pedals...That being said, if you can't pull out a great mix with what we already have certainly is not R2R's fault
