Something I've been working on with a friend...

It's the first time that i've posted any projects here on the site

I'm especially keen for any comments on how the sub is sounding to everyone... I only recently upgraded my sub to a JBL PSW1000 and not sure i've adjusted to it yet!
But of course comments in general will be greatly appreciated =)

 

love the intro .. (nice right hand strumming ;-)

Love the country/film noir/surf electric gtr line

beat drops = awesome

Vocal samples = awesome

Mix + Sub sound great (on shitty computer speakers)

Overall i think it's a great track!

***** My only suggestion and it's totally personal preference. The only Real Drum fill I heard was at around 3:40 ... except for the occasional turn around fill ... I feel like you could add some more variation in the drum beat by adding some subtle fills/pattern variations. The ones you have are good but super safe .. I think a risk or two with some cool drum fills ..etc would really amp the track up. Or make it sound like shit ;-) (again this is really just a personal preference thing)
