Twas the night before Christmas and all 'cross the scene,
Not one soul was sleeping, hopped up on caffeine.
What gifts would they give us on this joyous day,
We all have our guesses but no one can say.

Who will be Santa, only time will tell
Will it be Horsemen or our friend DECiBEL?
Will it be Team V.R. or R2R that will thrive,
Now it seems that they've cracked ILok 2 version 5.

Will our present be Soundtoys,or Softube or Slate
Or maybe just loops and a Reaper update.
We just hold our breath as we all sit in silence,
Could this be the year for Plugin Alliance?

When all has been shared there'll be still those that lack,
We will here them exclaim, "Can we have it for MAC"
And still there'll be those with a frown on their face,
another year has gone by and still no Cubase!
